Service Description

Salient Concepts LLC provides Aria, a private home automation AI assistant. The SMS notification service delivers text messages to registered household members upon their explicit voice request.

Eligibility

The SMS service is available only to household members who have been manually registered by the account administrator with their consent.

Message Types

Messages include timer completion alerts, home automation status notifications, and informational responses. No marketing, promotional, or advertising messages are sent.

Message Frequency & Rates

Message frequency varies based on user requests. Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply.

Opt-In

By providing your phone number to the account administrator, you consent to receiving SMS notifications from Aria. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Opt-Out

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. Reply START to resubscribe. Reply HELP for assistance. You may also contact sc01@salient-concepts.com to manage your preferences.

Privacy

Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Limitation of Liability

Salient Concepts LLC is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier issues, network outages, or device incompatibility.
